OM DEVELOPERS UNVEILS ITS NEW IDENTITY
Pune, April 7: OM Developers, one of the most trusted names in the field of real estate in the city for the past 17 years has unveiled its new identity. The new identity was unveiled by Shrikant Nagarkar, Devendra Awati & Atul Mahashabde, Partners of OM Developers during a Press Conference held in the city today. Shrikant Nagarkar, said, “Our new identity having forwarding looking arrows signifies moving ahead with futuristic approach with our values and vision based on the principles of simplicity, honesty and transparency.”
“The color of the identity has evolved from the brand statement, which takes inspiration from the Sun, the most real, essential and important part of our life”, he added.
While sharing the information about their plans Devendra Awati said that Om Developers is launching ‘Tropica’ a theme based residential project at Ravet, which is being developed on theme of Resort Apartment. Describing the key highlights of ‘Tropica’ he said the project is coming up at a very strategic location and enjoys great connectivity with Hinjewadi, Nigadi and Mumbai bypass. It’s a very serene location and has over 30 premier educational institutions in its vicinity. Special effort is being taken to create a Resort like atmosphere at the site, where the club houses are being made in Thai style. Special emphasis is also being given to landscaping of the project for creating the desired relaxing feel.
Apart from all other amenities like a swimming pool, 2 club houses, gymnasium and tennis court ‘Tropica’ would go a step further in giving a true resort like feel with some of the on call services being made available for its residents, including food, car and laundry to begin with, added Atul Mahashabde. ‘Tropica’ would have around 900 flats with options of 2BHK (964 square feet) and 3 BHK (1291 square feet) of which 350 flats shall be opened for booking in the first phase now. All this at an affordable price tag, where 2BHK will cost Rs.33/- Lacs and 3 BHK will cost around 40 Lacs.
